I got my order and one of the items was wrong, lol. Not a huge deal, but it was a little disappointing since I was expecting the right one

I stumbled onto sarahrenaeclark.com while looking for some coloring and craft stuff... I don’t even remember exactly what I was searching for, but it ended up being useful. The ideas felt fun and easy to follow, which I appreciated because I didn’t want anything too complicated. A few pages took me a little while to figure out or find what I needed, so browsing could maybe be smoother. But overall, I liked it and came away with a couple ideas for weekend projects.

The artwork is really cute, and that’s what made me want to buy it in the first place. But once I got it, the whole thing felt kind of flimsy. The pages bent way too easily, and the colors looked a lot duller than I expected. For what I paid, I was disappointed. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I’ve had enough bad experiences with companies brushing people off that I didn’t really feel like it would go anywhere.

Downloaded without any issues and opened up in my apps just fine. I only had one file that needed converting, so it was straightforward. Curious if others had the same smooth experience, but for me it did what I needed.

I thought the site looked clean and was easy to browse. The colors and layout were nice, and I didn’t really run into anything confusing. That said, I kind of went in expecting it to feel like a lot of other creative sites I’ve seen, it mostly confirmed that for me. It’s definitely not bad, but design-wise it didn’t feel especially original or memorable

I have to admit, they replied really fast, which was kind of surprising. I’m not sure if that’s always the case, but my experience was definitely quicker than I expected

It actually arrived safe and was packed really nice and tidy. Everything looked good when I opened it up.

After work, I usually have a hard time winding down, but this really helped me switch off. I felt way, way more relaxed than usual and actually enjoyed my evening instead of feeling stuck in work mode.

The checkout process was frustrating. I’d add things to my cart or make changes, and it felt like the cart was taking forever to update, so I kept sitting there wondering if it was actually processing or if I needed to click again. On top of that, I had to re-enter my information more than once, which got annoying because I’d already filled everything out and expected it to just save or move me to the next step. The payment did eventually go through, so it worked in the end, but the whole thing felt clunky and not very smooth. I just expected checking out to be a lot quicker and easier.

I got my digital files after the purchase, though it took me a little while to figure out where to access them. Once I found them, everything worked like it was supposed to. Not the smoothest process, but overall it was fine and I’m happy enough with it

I found loads of cute designs and didnt get bored at all while browsing. There was plenty to look through, and it kept me interested the whole time

I had a good experience using sarahrenaeclark. I’m kind of worn out from websites that make everything feel like a task, so it was nice that the pages loaded quickly and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed. The checkout/download process was simple too, which I really appreciated. Clean layout, no confusing mess, and no random popups getting in the way. I’d use it again

Well... as a beginner, I found it easy to follow overall. A few parts took me a little longer to understand, but it still helped me a lot and made things feel much more manageable.

I ordered from Sarah Renae Clark, the instructions were really easy to work through. I’m not sure how to explain it exactly, but they felt clear without being overly detailed or confusing.
I didn’t have to keep going back and reading the same parts over and over, which was nice. The steps made sense, the little notes helped, and overall it was just a stress-free experience. I’d probably use them again.

I regret buying this. I was hoping it would be better for the price, but it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. Looking back, I would’ve skipped it.

I had an issue with my order/download and ended up having to contact support more than once. To be fair, they did eventually fix it, so I appreciate that. But it took longer than I expected, and some of the replies were a bit vague, which made me start worrying I was getting fooled or brushed off. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just frustrating and a little stressful. I’d probably think twice before buying again unless the support process gets better.

I usually pull out the color palettes when I’m totally stuck trying to put combos together, and they’ve saved me a bunch of time. Some of the shades are not really my vibe, like, why would I use that? But then five minutes later I’m like okay wait, this actually works. Overall, good and definitely useful to have around.

The community has been really friendly and helpful overall, which I appreciate. People seem willing to jump in and share advice when they can. My only small gripe is that replies can be a little slow sometimes, but the support is still solid once someone responds.

The pages looked really nice when I opened them on my computer, so I was hopeful, but printing them was a little more stressful than I expected. A few came out with odd margins, and the colors didn’t look quite the same on paper. I ended up adjusting the print settings a few times because I didn’t want to waste too much ink or paper guessing. It’s not a bad product, but I’d definitely recommend doing a test print first before printing everything.
